Check in time was 3, however due to low staffing we could not check in until 6pm, we arrived around 5 and had to wait in the parking lot with a toddler for an hour for our room to be ready. Other than that the staff were polite, the King suite was clean, and they had a really good breakfast bar which was nice. I would stay here again but I would definitely call in advance to make sure the room was ready even after check-in time.

For our anniversary, I surprised my husband with tickets to the Gary Owen comedy show and a stay here. It was a surprise hit! The room was amazing, with a full kitchen and cozy atmosphere that made us feel like we were in our own home. We loved it so much that we didn't want to leave. This place is a must-stay for anyone visiting Jacksonville – 5 stars all the way!"
