"This was a great spot for our trip for the Georgia-Florida Game. Right next to a great area in Jacksonville full of food options and stores. Right across the river from the stadium and only an easy hour walk over or an even easier trip by Uber or such. The property was great for my partner and I with our two large dogs. The owner was great and welcomed all of us in. The king size bed and the AC helped us sleep great all night. Highly recommend and will consider in the future. "

"We enjoyed our time in Jax and were overall pretty happy with this spacious historic rental! Just a few things to note- the bathroom was not the cleanest. I would highly suggest to change out both of the shower curtains, as they are stained, torn, and have questionable brown substance on the decorative shower curtain.
