"We stayed at this lovely apartment 19th-23rd February on arrival it was easy to acess and clean we are a family of 4 two teens who’ve both said they’d visit again. The apartment is a five minute walk to the train station and the town and the beach is opposite. Just a shame it weren’t pet friendly! "

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended."

The owner messaged before arriving for stay, to say there was an issue with hot tub, and he was arranging someone to look at it. "This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it."

"The description of the flat is inaccurate. The private fenced garden is a concrete balcony covered in fake grass, accessed from the bedroom, not the lounge as stated. The mattress is simply worn out, badly stained and needs immediate replacement. Neither mattress nor pillows had protectors on them, a basic hygiene measure. The hallway, which has no natural light, had 1 light fitting not working, the other simply a bare lightbulb. The owner offered to bring a lamp but in a narrow passageway this...
