When we arrived for someone to meet us there was no one there so we rang the mobile we were given he directed us to one which isn't the one we booked it was a two bed and didn't seem anywhere near the standard we booked. "Worst place I ever stayed, it was a empty unsafe shell. No bedding pillow TV network nothing to entertain, couldn't even sleep. Even club house was like a dead shell. I wouldn't even go back if they offer me money. I checked out next day. It was completely unsafe. Nail was sticking out next to the bed. No response from anyone they are are useless. Asked for refund but no response. First time leaving the bad comment don't bother "

"We stayed here for a ‘quirky’ hen do. It was amazing! We hired both yurts and enjoyed the use of the cabin kitchen space and the fire pit area. Cleanliness of property was outstanding. Hosts were happy for us to decorate for the hen. The yurts, however, needed very little decoration thought as they have fairy lights everywhere and look amazing in the dark…really magical. Would totally recommend staying here!"

"View is stunning, location is great, extremely pretty valley, Vyrnwy Lake & waterfall was a pleasant surprise. Shared spaces are great, well stocked kitchen and utilities. Loads of room for a packed house to be together or hang out separately. Lots of lovely decorative touches. The main complaint from our travel party was the access road, especially as we arrived in dark wet weather. Cars were dirty from the outset, as you are required to exit the vehicle to open 3 gates.
