I booked a whole home on Green Island with a jacuzzi exactly what it says & I ended up in a 2 flight walk up basic room, the host didn't even speak English or get back in touch with me even though I texted him & told him I didn't speak Spanish. He didn't communicate with me for 3 days since I arrived until I told him that I wanted a full refund!!"

"Our stay in Puerto Rico was absolutely wonderful! Ms. Ingrid was extremely helpful and welcoming!! Our flight arrived in the early morning so we were able to check in early and the process was super easy. The location of the home was approximately 25 minutes from the airport; and the proximity of the home to the freeway made it easier to navigate throughout the island. "Family vacation with 11 ages 6-72. Wonderful stay, spacious, comfortable, many areas to relax either together or apart as needed. Toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher, washer/dryer live savers! Perfect 1st floor set up with 5 cousins ages 6-14 staying in bunk bed room with close bathroom/shower. "Our family of 9 with children 4, 7, and 9 stayed here in February. House is lovely, spacious, tastefully decorated. It has comfortable beds, and a very well stocked kitchen. The pool is large enough for our group, and there are lots of pool toys as well as beach toys for the kids. The location is great, and completely safe with gated entry to community. The most outstanding feature of the rental is the hosts, Daniel and Kiki. Daniel literally answered all calls, texts within minutes."

"This gem was perfect to host me and my friends for the long weekend! It's in the best location right outside old San Juan and the beach pretty much being the back yard. It's next to so many fun things to do in the main strip. The house was so nice and the hot tub was a dream. The host was also super available, communicative, informative and just all around cool. I strongly recommend reserving this spot if you're looking to have a blast of a trip!"
