"Overall, enjoyed our stay and the apartment was quite nice, the view being the best part. While the building was older, it always had a security guard and felt safe. Great location in San Juan, you can walk to a couple gyms and many restaurants, plus there’s rentable lime/e scooters nearby you can download the app and use. Really close to old San Juan, across the street from t-mobile district and other nightlife areas. Great two weeks spent here, enjoyed our stay. "

"The location in San Juan is excellent and just off a beautiful beach. We loved having a secure dedicated parking space. We didn't use the pool but it is very nice and well maintained. The overall space is a bit tight but more than adequate since your mostly just sleeping there. Also, it is walking distance to our favorite restaurant, Bebo's! Would definitely stay here again."

"Location, location, location. This clean, cozy condo is conveniently located in the heart of Condado; a neighborhood full of character, great food, pubs, bars and BEACH! Everything featured in the ad is exactly what you will find. Will definitely book this again in our future stays. "

"It did not start well as the unit we rented was not available due to a leak. The substitute unit met all expectations. The deor in the original unit which we moved to after a few days was much better but the lighting in the living area could be imroved. Host was responsive. Cannot argue with the location or the spectacular view"

"Newly remodeled. Nice, clean, comfortable condo. Balcony for morning coffee was nice with water view. Short Uber ride to Old San Juan. It’s a longer walk but we did walk to Old San Juan a couple times. "

"Well appointed overall, but our suggestions would be the following:Kleenex, wall hooks or more towel racks to hang wet towels, fridge door didnt close properly, needs adjusting. We plan on staying here our next visit."

"We spent the New Years holiday with our adult kids at Dorado Beach. A great place to stay, close to the beach, and lots of relaxation!!!"

"The building is dated and under construction, but we found the unit to be very comfortable and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, very easy and short ride to beaches and walkable to many restaurants and bars. We did not hang out at the pool as it was dated and the building under construction so kind of an eyesore. The beach right in front is rough so we went elsewhere. Overall it was great for the price and our needs."

"We enjoyed our time in Condado. This unit was centrally located to most of the activities we wanted to do and conveniently across the street from a shuttle pickup for some of the excursions we did while in Puerto Rico. The place was exactly as described, clean and had all the amenities we needed. I think I would have felt more safe if there was a chain lock on the door the unit. There is no oven, so for folks with food allergies (like my family) we had to cook only stove top food. The street...

"Karl is wonderful to work with and was always very prompt with his responses. We had to leave after one day because of an emergency and my problem is with the Vrbo site. We had a 13 day rental and if I had been able to cancel Karl could have put it back on the market, and I could have been partially refunded but Vrbo does not allow you to cancel after you check in. It was over 2 holidays and it would have rented if it could have been listed again. "
