"Karl is wonderful to work with and was always very prompt with his responses. We had to leave after one day because of an emergency and my problem is with the Vrbo site. We had a 13 day rental and if I had been able to cancel Karl could have put it back on the market, and I could have been partially refunded but Vrbo does not allow you to cancel after you check in. It was over 2 holidays and it would have rented if it could have been listed again. "

"A public beach is about 30 seconds from the front door. The apartment has a view of the beach (and ocean). The sound of the waves are audible at night.This location is not next to the big fancy hotels and resorts. The building is next to a gated, residential neighborhood. I have no idea why the gates are there. I saw no evidence of criminal activity. The area is generally upscale. We generally walked everywhere. "We enjoyed our stay at the simple, cozy and clean vrbo. The property was just as described, had everything we needed and was clean. It is only big enough for two people. It is close to a beach, shopping and it has a pool. The downside for us was the parking. If you’re lucky and can park next door, it is amazing. We weren’t that lucky every night. Our parking for 8 days was more than our rental car. Ray was amazing and kept in touch with us throughout the stay. We would definitely stay here...
