"So this room is extremely tiny. When it says a 138 sq ft. it is and includes the bathroom. The bathroom cannot accommodate and anyone with broad shoulders as its that small. Also you cannot get out of the bed on the side, you must scoot to the end of the bed and get out that way. During fantasy fest we paid over $2,300 for 4 nights and hotels in the area with more space and accomodations are a better buy for the spend. For one person its great. "

"While searching for where we'd stay on the vacation, this property stood out for a few reasons. Price was good, location was incredible and the size was ideal. The communication with the property manager started weeks ahead of our arrival which was new and welcomed. There were a number of questions they had which made our stay even better. However, after checking in, our expectations were exceeded. Not only were we 2 blocks from Duvall, but it's a 3 block walk to the Hemingway property, 2 blocks...

"After having to relocate for a few months while our place on the central Florida west coast was being rehabbed after Ian, we found this cute home in KW. This location is a 10, the neighbors were very nice and the house fit our needs. The hot tub was an added bonus and we used it often. Some recommendations to the VACASA company that manages this unit. 1. Since this is a monthly rental, it would be nice if one bedroom had a queen bed. I don't know any couples that still sleep in a full bed....
