"We didn't have a good experience. Arrived and the power didn't work. Had to find the breaker box and flip power on. Towels were mildewy, living room had a musty smell. Beds were not comfortable. Guards closed the gate on my rental car as I was talking with them -- scraped the car door. We actually left after 2 nights to move to a different place we found online. We've asked for our money back on the nights we didn't stay there. Waiting to hear back."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Rio. We were a large multi-family group from ages 2 to 78 and It was perfect. The separate air conditioned sleeping areas were perfect, but we especially loved gathering by the pool or in th shared kitchen, living, dining space. The location was nice for us. Definitely more rustic, but fun!"

"The property is in an excellent location with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The bungalow was spacious and comfortable for our family. We spent a lot of time on the patio and the pool was refreshing after a day on the beach. Dave was very helpful and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend! "
