"Absolutely beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. Concierge group was very helpful and answered all questions in a timely manner. We all wanted to stay longer in this home! Its location is perfect. We rented 2 golf carts from AAA golf carts. It was easy to zip into town for coffee or dinner. We loved the pool area. Don’t hesitate to book this home for a relaxing vacation!! "

"For what I paid for this property, I expected it to be in better condition. It has taken a lot of wear since photos in listing. Hot water was erratic at best. Had electrical issues, lights kept going out in one bedroom, had wiggles breaker to keep them on. Pool and decks are nice. Beds were ok, towels were thin. Washing machine was rusty but worked. There is a very steep hill you must climb to get to house if you walk into town. Hard for older friends or those with hip/knee issues. We...

"Villa Concha was perfect for our full wedding party during our wedding week. Everyone had their own comfortable spaces and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen, living room, and all outdoor spaces were large, clean, and a great space for everyone to hangout. The pool was great with beautiful views! The decor in all the rooms was fun and rooms were clean and comfortable. Great communication and attentiveness from the house manager and onsite contacts. Our group can’t wait to go back! "
