"Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "

"Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Innsbruck! Just a 5min walk from the central train station and all the shopping you can handle. The Christmas market is also just a few minute walk as well as the Colorful Houses. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. There is a full bar and the brother/sister bartending team are super friendly. There is an observation deck on the top floor giving you Benavides of the city and mountains. Great photo opportunity! "Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "

"The Hotel is great but far from town. Maybe not in Summer it would be better but during winter, it is not a great walk to anywhere. If you have a car, this is the place. Breakfast is good, place is clean and spacious "
