"Very good handle to the beachfront "

"This is where we started our trip to New Zealand, after a 15.5 hour flight and then 2 hours to rent a car and get into Auckland, it was a great place to be. We were early, reception let us park our car and had our room ready right at two. It gave us time to go explore and have some lunch before coming back to settle for a bit before more exploring. Everyone was great, nice, and helpful to us here. Only thing the room was missing was hand, soap, but that was an easy fix to go buy some for the...

"Right in the centre of Auckland. Great shopping and restaurant options. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Valet parking and room service excellent. Can’t fault any aspect of this hotel. First rate. "

"We enjoyed our stay, good location and lovely breakfast. Our safe and hairdryer didn’t work but as soon as reported it was fixed immediately. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Exceptionally comfy beds and great location. Lovely reception staff. Breakfast, however, was over priced and pretty average. Service at breakfast was not good and i didn't feel welcomed. For $52 I expected fresh avocado, not processed green stuff. "
