Staying here made you feel all warm and cozy and the front desk Check in staff did their part to make you feel Lavishly welcome as well. "Beautiful property from the lobby to the restaurants to the rooms! Check was quick and easy and the staff at both check in and out where amazing! The room was spacious and well appointed. Tv menu has all the info on the hotel and also the in room dining. The only thing I would say is that the rainhead shower head was very low and as im not tall it was fine but anyone with a bit of height might struggle as its over a bath. The hotel facilities were amazing especially the health centre - great...

"The staff in general were great, really friendly and professional. Unfortunately we found a fake nail in our room and underneath the beds was disgusting - old food, socks, shoes and rubbish. When we brought it up with reception staff they gave us a drinks voucher while they had our whole room cleaned again and gave us a breakfast voucher for the next morning which we really appreciated."

There was also an Asian/Japanese sushi restaurant, as well as a quick bite/get together style restaurant adjacent to the hotel as well. You cannot go wrong picking this hotels to stay when you are in Auckland, New Zealand"
