"Great location for the airport. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, restaurant and bar downstairs, no lift, has airport bus service included, there were lots of black hairs on bathroom ground - obviously was not vacuumed, the heater was on in the room when we checked in at 3pm and it was boiling and stuffy in there! (Day was a hot summer's day) There was only 2 towels and no hand towels for us (3 people). Overall I would stay here again. It was great for what we needed."

"The hotel was pretty central within Auckland, easy to find. The security deposit of $150 actually takes at least 3 weeks to go back into your bank account...not 3-5 working days as we were told."
