"Noise level from Air conditioning unit close to my room. Also whilst I was only staying one night and so it was not a major issue, I was not able to view New Zealand television stations on the TV"

"The hotel was pretty central within Auckland, easy to find. The security deposit of $150 actually takes at least 3 weeks to go back into your bank account...not 3-5 working days as we were told."
