"Lots of problems - supposedly a superior room - toilet flush broken, toilet door handle broken, bathroom had very strong smell of urine. A/C centrally operated so had to phone reception every time one needed to turn it off or on - however this wasn’t mentioned at check in - lots of staff but all useless and appear ro do nothing. Very noisy street - club music until 4am so if you absolutely must stay there ask for a room at back of hotel."

"Positive things: 1- Hotel is located in a GREAT place, it is very close to Istiklal street and Sisahane metro station. 2- Hotel is located in a very lively alley/street. 3- Receptionist and staff were very nice. Negative things: 1- If your room is on the first few floors it might be a bit noisy at night (from the street) but our room was at sixth floor, so we were good. 2- Internet signal is just OK, it is not very strong. 3- There is no shuttle to/from airport."
