"I have some my Issues I did reserve six nights room size 3 29 ft.² when I arrived Reception or Mr. Hussein squeeze me in a room 29 ft.² I did complain about the TV not working about the room smell bad. I told him this is not what I reserve on Expedia, he mentioned to me the hotel is full I told him not that what I reserve even I spoke to Expedia the contact the office at Pera Hill today later I spoke to Mr. Yousuf. Receptioner he was great man right away. He did satisfied me with what I did...

"Its been 3 years since i last stayed in this hotel..In this time it has gone downhill fast,,Although close and walking distace to all tourist attractions,their standards have slipped dramatically..I stayed for 4 days,not once was there any house keeping done,no sheets changed ot beds made,no towels replaced..TV worked or didnt work..sheets were shabby and torn in places.."
