I had to check in online twice first time the mail had no passwords/Pin for access the doors, second mail had but was still confusing despite working for a tech company. It took 1 hour in total to enter and it left me late for my meeting that evening. The room itself had a stained chair, TV that I couldn't work, air con, and a bed almost on the floor. "The staff on this place was great. They cleaned everyday during our stay. Communication is through mobile and email. Remember this before booking: this is a room with bathroom. No front desk. "It's really nice and spacious apartment in central Madrid. Very close to shopping area (Gran Via) and also local Mercado San Anton. The entire stay was great, apartment is equipped with smart TV and full kitchen. Check in/out is also easy. The only downside and making this place earned 4 out of 5 stars only is the sofabed. It is probably old, and when you unfold the mattress, it sags or has a noticeable dent, making it uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on."
