"The staff on this place was great. They cleaned everyday during our stay. Communication is through mobile and email. Remember this before booking: this is a room with bathroom. No front desk. I had to check in online twice first time the mail had no passwords/Pin for access the doors, second mail had but was still confusing despite working for a tech company. It took 1 hour in total to enter and it left me late for my meeting that evening. The room itself had a stained chair, TV that I couldn't work, air con, and a bed almost on the floor. But you still have to book a Grab or Taxi, so perhaps staying in town no difference. The apartment does provide a kettle, cups, cutlery, refrigerator. Unfortunately no washing machine, nor dryer, just the laundry service. Nothing to do there except perhaps a walk to a rather large shopping mall."
