"Rooms echo so night time was very noisy. Shared washrooms weren’t as bad as we had thought. They were clean and always available. Street noise was a bit aggressive due to major road and bar below room window. Be prepped with the app to get into building/ rooms. Was confusing at first when app wasn’t working and we were locked out "

"It was ideal for us. Perfect location near Retiro park and Prado museum. Self check in and out was easy, room was spacious and clean. Towels and hairdryer, 3 hangers. No view out of window and no telly but we didn’t mind as we were out exploring the city most of the time."

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....
