"Very nice townhome. The outdoor space was nice but we didn’t use it much. The community was quiet but there weren’t a lot of ammenities for our little children. "

"Our original booking had an issue and we were upgraded to this property. We were notified day of issue, but without a beat they immediately offered another rental location of a comparable size. The upgraded location was slightly further away from theme parks, but still central between Universal, Disney, and the airport.Only hiccup of checking in was the process of getting in at the gate, however rental property agent responded immediately and helped resolve issue. Found house to be super clean...

"What a fantastic property. We arrived on 5th October for a 19 day stay to visit Disney World and Universal Studios. Spent the weekend settling in with the plan to start the Disney adventure on the Monday. However a certain hurricane Milton was bearing down on us. The property manager who lives next door knocked on the door and gave us advice on how to prepare for our first experience of a hurricane. "We had a blast enjoying the pool, hot tub and watching movies in the game room. The house was conveniently located about 20 minutes from Disney. We were a little disappointed there was only one video game available in the game room and there was no water filter/ice on the fridge but overall had a good experience."
