"It was better than good but not quite excellent. The toilet was low and sometimes wouldn’t stop running. I didn’t bother to call anyone because I just jiggled the handle and it stopped. There is no front desk or employees present and you must call someone to get any information or help, which they gladly and pleasantly provide. I am disabled and I called in advance and was given a first floor room, no problem. It’s an old house and very cool so you really can’t compare it to any modern hotel....

"Hotel is an older hotel, but convenient and located a couple minutes from downtown. Room was comfortable and clean, air was cold, shower was hot. Front desk was very polite and accommodating. Only suggestion I would have is maybe have an extra blanket available in the room. Otherwise would definitely stay here again. Appalachicola is such a cool little town!"

"Nice apartment. Has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and a small kitchen. Very clean. Need to climb stairs to get to the unit. Free parking available on the street next to the apartment. Very close to the restaurants in Apalachicola"
