"The Nico was very nice. The property was clean. The staff were very nice. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast with our accommodations because there were so many fantastic restaurant options, but it was a nice option. We did see other guest enjoying it. Our room was nice and clean; offering a desk chair armoire and full bath. Conveniently located to all the sites, restaurants, excursion companies and stores. Great place and price!"

"The property is fairly nice, I personally loved the rooftop. It was quiet. Staff is very nice. My only complaint was the shower. It needs a little deep cleaning and in need of a being repair/replaced; the water never runs consistently cold or hot. I had a solo room and it really was just the dresser, hangar, and a fan which was perfectly fine with me since I was out all day. I would most definitely stay again here in the future."
