"This property is located on the outskirts of Antigua. It is about a 15 minute walk to the city center along two decently busy roads. The hotel door is closed and you must knock each time you want to enter. We had 2 reservations on separate nights. When we arrived, the hotel did NOT have any of our reservations on file even though we had confirmation from Orbitz. There was only ONE employee in the entire hotel, the GARDENER.
