Prob from the septic system Also, the front desk personell need some upgrade as far as knowlegde and communication. Too reserved. The 2 gentleman that welcomed us at check in were an exception. "I really liked this hotel. It has beautiful gardens in the courtyard. Our room was nice. Great location, very friendly staff and I felt safe. The weekend can get a little noisy with bar music down the street but other than that, it was great!"

"Great location!!! The hotel is located is just off the Centrale Plaza and easy to walk to everywhere within Antigua. The rooms were comfortable and clean at a good rate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious and set a great start to each day."
