"Love this place. Had an issue with heat we were given the option of new rooms or extra blankets. The girl on the Front desk was very polite and helpful. I believe her name was Kacy. "

"The smoking table for staff was right outside the entry way, so we had to walk right through the cigarette smoke to get into the lobby. It gave the place a trashy feel that was not reflective of the hotel itself. The staff was great."

"We had a great time seeing all the sites near the New River Gorge area. This cabin was nice and cozy, very clean. Being able to turn the gas heater up a bit after being outside in the cool weather sure does warm the bones. Cabin is on a quiet dead end drive. Road is narrow and had a small washout from all the rain, my only complaint but not Toms fault."
