"I want so bad to give this property a 5 star rating. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They gave us a beautiful room with a fantastic view! I will be forever thankful for this wonderful week here. The zul restaurant was great. Had some really good Tacos. The room was clean and the beds are nice. It was also helpful to have access to laundry while we were there. Here's the not so good, and the reason for the 4 rating.... the hot tub is not a hot tub. It's cold. Not much...

"The only complaint I had was the shower not having a door or a floor barrier to keep the water from getting on the floor outside the shower. Otherwise I would still stay again and definitely recommend it. Excellent price for the location, cleanliness and amenities. The sleeping arrangements are also great for a family of 4. "I loved it ! We walked to the beach because it’s two minutes so it’s convenient. There’s a lot Of cute places around. It’s relatively close to everything in Puerto Rico. The place was so nice and quiet. The light went out twice but it was not their fault, that’s a real Puerto Rico experience. The host was so sweet and reachable. Everything was great! "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "
