"Cute room in a converted turn-of-the-century home. The owner is sweet and staff are on hand to make breakfast for you between 6:30 and 9:00 am (you just need to tell them when you will be awake). We were able to arrange for transport to and from the hotel. Nice decorative touches throughout the home and a lovely garden. Small downsides: 1. We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. "The staff was great! The amenities were great! I own a maintenance company so it is an area they need to take a look at. Our Spa tub filled VERY slowly and drained even slower. The skylight about the toilet leaked during the rain in room 26. None of these issues would prevent me from going again and I would have stayed longer if I could. However, I have bad pollen allergies and something was bothering me since it is 300 years old and has no A/C I had to leave. LOVED our Stay!"
