"Encontre varios detalles que no estuvieron bien en mi habitación,la cortina del balcón no funcionaba correctamente,para planchar la ropa tuve que molestar al personal,no habia un telefono para comunicarse ni con la recepción y lo que mas me molestó fue que le prohibieron a mi chofer subir a mi habitación…cosa que en ninguna parte del mundo sucede,yo la pagué y decido quien me visita y quien no… por lo demás todo bastante bien!"

"The property is great (unit 1211). The surrounding area is nice as well. The only downside is their guest policy. I understand it is to prevent sex tourism, but I was there with friends and family. They were staying at another location. They were not allowed upstairs to my room and my nephew and I share the same last name. That was a bit frustrating "

"Estuve por un mes aquí y el apartaestudio me pareció bien equipado para una o dos personas, el personal fue muy amable, la ubicación está increíble, cerca del metro y cerca de un supermercado y de opciones de comida buena y barata. Seguro vuelvo en mi siguiente viaje."

"I stayed for 9 days had to asked for towels, trash can dump, no one cleaned my room. This place is in the heart of downtown from early mornings to late evenings expected noise from traffic and people. I had to keep the windows and patio door open, because of hot room,just to keep the room cool. The area is good during the day time,but at night at your own risk."

"El lugar al comienzo parecia bien, la habitacion es poco ventilada, las areas comunes no estan en buenas condiciones lo mas dificl fue que uno de los husoedes perdio subllave y duro golpendao la puerta durante toda la madrugada, tuve que llamar la policia y eso me impidio descansar bien para el giro de rigo, el cual era el motivo de mi viaje, "

"The heather never works. I reached out to the main office many times. I paid 7 night with not hot water, not AC. Horrible customer experience. "

"Stayed here for one week. The rooms were massive. Place was nicely decorated and had a very upscale feeling to it. Security was friendly and the area was very safe. Grocery store and cafe's are conveniently located right across the street from the property. Communication from the property could definitely be better. Didn't have anyone to contact to exchange towels and no one informed us of the garbage chutes in the building. Had to do some laundry throughout the week. The security at the...
