"The location and the apartment is very convenient and very well located and maintained. The only comments were that we were 3 people and there were only two towels and one of these broken. Also the sofa bed is not comfortable and might need a replacement. Other than that the property is very good."

"The property unexpectedly canceled my reservation due to overbooking. Then blamed it on Expedia which caused confusion. Trying to sort the whole ordeal out took between 2.5-3 hours. And on vacation that’s a lifetime. Be weary when booking. "

"L'appartement est très bien situé, avec un superbe balcon sur la mer. L'intérieur est propre et bien aménagé. La climitisation dans chaque pièce est très efficace."

"I would stay again and again. It is a wonderful property. The pool is breathtaking at sunset. A full kitchen came in handy. The view was stunning. I plan to stay here again."

"Har rejst verden rundt, en af de forfærdeligste steder jeg nogensinde har været. Ankomst forfærdelig fordi vi muligvis IKKE møder målgruppen inde på lejligheds hotellet, forskellige blikke, og anderledes tone der bliver snakket til os, vi ender med at blive forfulgt nøjagtigt af personalet og ender selvfølgelig også med at blive frustreret også smidt ud hvor de dermed ikke vil refundere for de gældende dage som vi ikke kommer til at være. Dette er blot lidt af hvad der skete "

Chic living room with amazing ocean views.

"Great location and perfect size for our family of 4. Views were really nice. AC in the living room doesn't work so it was hot in the main area. Bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping with working AC units. Master bedroom and bath was really nice! Kitchen could use more towels and apartment was not stocked with trash bags. Also some weird condensation spots on the floor that were slippery. Minor issues but an overall really good stay!"

"Great price, beds were a little too firm but comfortable. Mini-splits worked well except in the family room - it never cooled down enough for it to feel comfortable. Large balcony with nice panoramic views. No hot water, but it was so hot outside it didn’t matter. Very large spaces. We loved that there is a little convenient store and grilled food restaurant immediately next to the Las Flores building. It was super convenient. "

"Condos in great condition. You have a view of the bay and the buildings on the backside and then of course the Caribbean on the front.. due to our flight times the owner was courteous enough to allow us to keep the bags there prior to check in and after check out because our flight didn’t leave till 10 PM. The locations really nice you’re only a few minutes away from the walled city by cab. Small grocery store within walking distance plus a couple, casinos bars and restaurants.."

"Colombian immigration requires an address before we entering the country and the property would only disclose the address 24 hrs before our arrival. First we had to text them an immigration stamp in our passport. Why? We had already paid for through our booking. Getting inside the property was complicated. The entry code for the lock expired every 5 minutes. The people providing the code didn't speak English and never explained anything about the lock defect. We received multiple entry codes...

"We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for what we were looking for at the end of our stay in Cartagena. We upgraded to ocean view and it was definitely worth it. We did not use the pool but it looked inviting and wasn't overly busy. Water seemed to be an ongoing issue at all 3 of our hotels including this one with our travel friends having no water one night and us not having hot water another night. We spent our days at the beach. Beach chairs needed to be purchased but were inexpensive at 35000 col pesos for 2 chairs and an umbrella. There were qieter areas and party areasalong the beach but right in front of our hotel was the quiet area. There were MANY vendors tying to sell you things all day so saying 'no gracious' got tiring by the ended of the week but we knew to expect that. There were food/restaurant vendors along the beach during the day and along the main roads at night. "

"We were treated like VIP guests by Joe or Jorge and front desk staff. They made our visit to Cartagena fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant offers great breakfast and menus. We took a sunset cruise and a City tour and we enjoyed it even though there was some hiccups to find out tour groups. "

"I absolutely loved this hotel! We were traveling as 3 females and had a really lovely time here. There is absolutely nothing about this hotel that’s not up to the highest standard. The breakfast, rooms, pool, housekeeping and staff are all excellent! We loved it so much that we are already planning our next trip. Thank you! "
