Llegamos al lugar y nos dijieron que no teniamos ninguna Reserva y que no nos podian ayudar con la estadia despues de un largo Viaje ..para que nos digan esto .. ahora tengo que esperar de 7 a 10 Dias Para un Reembolso de mi Dinero...ya que esto no puede ser inmediatamente !! "The worst situation possible. No way to communicate as the contact given is wrong, upon arrival was told they do not see my reservation. It a remote cold area with no Wi Fi (though promised). Had to stay overnight in another cabin. Wanted to charge me for that even more than listed price. There was no hot water there. Jacuzzi was not fixed. The portable heater is not enough to keep it warm. The cabin is basically just a bed and nothing else. Location is beautiful and local stuff is friendly but...

"We had a great time at Andres’ cabin! He and his family are so hospitable! They live on the property so they are available if you need anything. It’s a really lovely view of the lake from inside the cabin and he provides an extra blanket to stay warm if you want to lay on the nets outside. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay in Medellin.

"A really enjoyable and relaxing stay in a lovely hotel. The room allocated was very nice, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. WiFi in the room was very good until 10pm for some reason. The pool and gym were very good. The pool area was spacious with plenty of loungers. The gym was well equipped for hotel guests. I had breakfast each of the 6 days I stayed and they were good value with a wide variety of options. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The reception staff were able to arrange a couple of city and countryside tours which were very enjoyable and good value. The area around the hotel is very nice / safe. There are a multitude of shops in the vicinity. If you want to travel into the city centre to see the landmarks then taxis/ Uber is very cheap. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Medellin. "
