"The good: the host was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The restaurant was awesome, in the top three of restaurants in Colombia. The pool was nice, and the staff was friendly The bad: it is under the glide path of incoming flights to MDE so plan to be awakened all night. There was no hot water the first day. The shower is badly designed so it floods the bathroom in a couple of minutes. The jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish sauna did not work. Eventually got the Jacuzzi working, but it took...

"The room was nice, and the staff, once we got in touch with them, were very helpful. The bedrooms are relatively quiet considering how noisy it was outside. Check in was a bit disappointing. "Excellent place to stay when in San Rafael. The apartment itself is in perfect condition and the owners are super friendly and service minded.
