"The room was nice, and the staff, once we got in touch with them, were very helpful. The bedrooms are relatively quiet considering how noisy it was outside. Check in was a bit disappointing. Took a while to get in touch with the person to check us in, and then we had to wait a long time for someone to show up."

"El lugar es muy bonito y agradable, la vista espectacular. El agua sale sucia, el jacuzzi se llena con agua sucia y está dañado el agua caliente, solo algunas veces funciona y estuvo pequeño el chorro de agua. Los trabajadores son muy amables, la fogata en la noche es muy chévere, cuando lleve se moja todo el balcón y es imposible usar en jacuzzi, le cae el agua lluvia fría y hay goteras en el corredor "

"The good: the host was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The restaurant was awesome, in the top three of restaurants in Colombia. The pool was nice, and the staff was friendly The bad: it is under the glide path of incoming flights to MDE so plan to be awakened all night. There was no hot water the first day. The shower is badly designed so it floods the bathroom in a couple of minutes. The jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish sauna did not work. Eventually got the Jacuzzi working, but it took...

"I loved everything about Olive. Management was attentive and friendly. The apartment itself was spectacular. Two bedroom two bathroom with ample living space. A nice balcony. The only downside to the hotel is it is very far from the city. Uber driver almost did not want to pick me up. The surrounding countryside is absolutely breathtaking. If you rent a car, I would highly recommend this location."

"The experience was phenomenal. My wifey & I took our first trip after a decade and decided to stay over Vivanti Resort. The property was safe , accommodation & customer service A , I was surprised that AC was not part of the facility due to the wonderful weather with the Mother Nature, after all wasn’t necessary. It is an adult only hotel. I don’t recommend nobody to come with kids or minor. The pool area was great as well , but not for kids at all. Overall definitely in the future we can choose Vivanti as one of our Goto places in Guatape , Medellin. "

"The adress listed in the email I got was wrong we end up in the wrong place after I was charge over 300.000 pesos for transportation we call the hotel staff then told me over the phone that my reservation was cancel ask me what time I did it I told her I day before and then she told me she did cancel cause the room we book some people came in the morning and she never acepted my booking but I dint get a cancelation email either after lost my trip there we end up booking in a diferent place as that one cancel actually she said she never confirm it with us but I never did get q email with a cancellation from them was really disappointing as it was a long trip and I was with a newborn will never book here again "

"Arvum isn't just a hotel it feels like home. Felipe and his mother were amazing hosts. The rooms are well put together and have a great view of el penon. The restaurant at the hotel is delicious and fresh as the food is grown on the property. If you are looking to relax outside of the main city, Arvum is your spot. Felipe will coordinate taxis and other experiences in Guatape. I couldn't recommend this place more and cannot wait to visit again. "
