"My husband and I stayed in a deluxe Bosphorus bridge view room on the 10th floor for 2 nights. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were helpful and the room price was reasonable. The hotel is close to many restaurants. The Bosphorus yacht cruise (Velena Travel) recommended by the concierge was great. We also enjoyed the delicious Turkish coffee and sweets which were served while we were waiting for a taxi to the airport after checking out. Thank you. I would definitely recommend Divan if you want to stay in Istanbul’s New City. "

They catered to all the requests we had and even more, since I hurt myself in the city trip and couldn’t walk on the first day, they even provided me a wheelchair and icepad for my easier mobility in the hotel!
