"The staff were really kind and helpful, and the room was very comfortable and plenty of space. Our second night, not such a good room, but it was free on the airline due to 24 hour delay, so can’t really expect as nice a room as one we have paid for. We would definitely use this hotel again when flying from Manchester airport. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful too."

"Great staff checking us in. Very helpful, and informative. Room was nice, clean and pillows were cosy and comfortable as well. Slept well, Shame we had to depart to the airport in the early hours of the morning. "
