"The hotel was nicely presented, clean and the staff were very helpful. The room itself was a little shabby and in need of some updating. Some items were mismatched and the toiletries were terrible, but everything was clean and the beds were comfy. Dinner was nice and the service was quick. The lady in the lounge bar who brought our coffee was absolutely lovely - couldn't do enough for us. I wish I'd thought to get her name. I'd definitely stay again."

Had a spa treatment from Sharon and it was amazing, and Jade was so helpful with the products inside the spa when helping me chose what to purchase x thank you "
