"We had a great time at this hotel very convenient the food places walking distance, next day we left for a tour in Lake Atitlan and we were able to leave our luggage and they when we came back they took us to the airport."

"Great location with only a few block walk to museums, dining, entertainment and historic sites. Hotel itself is a great historic site with access to 6 museums on property. In addition, the food and bar were great locations on site with a very appealing atmosphere. We had an upgraded room which provided for excellent space to wind down in comfortable furniture and beds, and coffee and tea were at the door each morning and afternoon. Very safe with attendants at the main entrance at all times and walking around town presented no issue. We will certainly go back and I would recommend to my family and friends as well."

"Service is great and rooms are beautful. The rooms on the 9th executive floor only have a single door between them so noise is easily heard through the door. Hot tub was very dirty the second day we were there but overall a very nice hotel. "
