"Loation is great, staff is so friendly, facilities good as well. Breakfast is realy good - quality ingredients and fresh produce. Bad things- no bottled water in the room? Very bizare for 4 star hotel. Room was cold as it uses standard radiators rather than air con so you cant realy set proper temperarure. "

"Clean and well appointed. But: We were refused entry to hotel bar as we hadn't booked. Reception said we should have had a phone call to advise booking but we didn't have a call. Never before been refused entry to a hotel bar as a resident- very demeaning. Managed to get in bar later in evening. Bar doesn't serve pints ! "Schooners " of beer at pint prices. And staff insisted on serving us glasses of water so we wouldn't drink too much! Come on-treat us as grown ups. Designated car park 10 mins...

"The best thing about this hotel is the location in that you are literally across the road from the BP Arena if that is your purpose for visiting! The parking was easy (we used the multi storey which is only £10 for 24hours if you validate your ticket at hotel reception) It is located within the shopping centre but rooms are up high so no noise or disturbance. Everywhere is very clean and rooms are big and have everything you need (although everywhere looks a bit dated it’s not really a problem...
