"Helpful staff, clean facility and good effort trying to be sustainable by giving guests the choice of having the room cleaned or a cash back (500 JPY coupon) without the cleaning service. If you didn't have the cleaning service, you could ask for new towels. I love the communal bath on the top floor as well and on the in-room TV screen, we can see how busy the bath is. Very convenient!"

It was dusty behind the furniture & air vents and the elevator had exposed lightbulbs. The leg room of the toilet was limited. There is no elevator so accessibility is very limited. "The staff were accommodating with my needs for the post office and mailing a letter. It was nice to come back to a room that was freshly made up. I didn’t have any problems with the staff, they were friendly and helpful whenever I asked for help. I did notice that the furniture looks used and worn in, but there’s nothing wrong with that. I only wish that the hallway to my room was heated and indoor. "
