Lovely staff. Breakfast had no choice and simply alternates between Japanese and ‘Western’ plate. Fair way out of centre but inexpensive as a result and next to MTR. Bonus of massage chair in our room!

The hotel inside looks like a little bit old but well maintained. It was a little bit difficult to adjust shower. Very close to the reasonable price restaurant under Tokyo metro railway. Many convenience stores and drug stores near the hotel. Only 3 minutes to Nishi-Kasai Station.

Very old cigarette smell in the room and everything had a cigarette staining even though I was in a non-smoking room. My headboard also had a cigarette burn in it. Also the pictures weren't completely accurate my room and lobby looked very different.

Exceeded expectations. Everything was fine with the room and the hotel, service was good, neighborhood is lively and location is convenient to Metro. Great price. No complaints whatsoever.

Great for the price! Great thing about it was walking distance to the metro and bus station was less than 10mins! I mostly needed it to sleep and shower and out rest of the day. Had a good deal on the room and i can not complain. Wifi works great

The area was okay, but a little sketchy. I think it was a strip club portion of the city. The room itself was pretty big, but the AC did not work so we cooked a bit. But staff was very good and helped with resturant reservations

The rooms and facilities are quite outdated. Be cautious of using the laundry machine, as it will not dry your clothes completely. Nonetheless, we liked that the hotel is walking distance to Nishi-Kasai Station.

An ok hotel compared to the others I stayed at during my Japan trip. Most of the scores are due to older items in the room. Other than that, everything worked and was quite acceptable.

The elevator and laundry area was the only cool place in the hotel. The carpets throughout the hallways and in the bedroom were very dirty and stained. The walls of the room were dirty and had mold and soot stains. The curtains were also very discolored and stained. The room was not very well lit. The room smelled of smoke and mold. When we lock the door everything would shut off and upon return from a day out the room would smell even worse. The rooms were not cool and we were not able to open a window for ventilation. The only good thing was that the staff was nice enough to give us a fan.
