Overall we had a pleasant stay. It was nice we had the breakfast option to start off our day before sightseeing. The hotel shuttle to Maihama station was really great and if you want another option there is a city bus in front of the hotel. The front desk and dining staff were very nice and professional.

Easy walking distance to Disney Sea. Quiet and very clean hotel. Breakfast was ok not a lot of western choice and there are no restaurants close by. Overall good with young kids if visiting the parks

This hotel is a great stay if you’re going to Tokyo Disney, it is very close to to Disney Sea and they offer a shuttle to disneyland. My only complaint is the beds, they are SO uncomfortable it was almost enough for us to leave and book a new hotel. Besides the bed however the hotel was a great stay!

The bathroom was very small and the price was a bit high for the size and amenities it offered compared to the other hotels in the area. We were only there one night so it was fine. The staff was very nice and helpful with everything and made the luggage transfer seamless.

Really close to Disney sea and the shuttle is amazing for getting into Disneyland and the train station. Has a decent amount of space and commodities, loved the machine for the feet massage. As everything in Japan, loved it!

The staff was extremely helpful and patient. The breakfast was decent but get there early because one morning they ran out of the fried chicken and replaced it with chicken nuggets that weren’t as good and they ran out of eggs and replaced it with little omelets (which some of my family members preferred them to the runny eggs). It’s a quick easy walk to Ikspiari so if you’re going to the Disney parks on a budget, this is a great place to stay if you don’t mind walking an extra 10-15 min.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Great proximity to Tokyo Disney Sea, a bit of a hike to Disney Land however. They also had foot massagers in the room for your use after those long Disney days which is a plus! The breakfast was not the best.

It is a few minutes walk from Disney Land and Sea. You don't have to worry about transportation; you can walk. None of the Disney Complex area hotels had the bed / room setup I was looking for.

The purpose of this visit was to experience Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. Hotel MyStays Maihama worked great for this. There is nothing fancy about this hotel nor surrounding location, but it was nice and it was conveniently located. Tokyo Disneyland and Maihama Station (for visiting Tokyo) were both walkable via the neighboring Disney Ambassador Hotel and Ikspiari shopping mall. Tokyo DisneySea was an even easier, shorter walk a few blocks straight from the hotel entrance. I would stay here again for this purpose.
