"Excellent property, far exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to sea view room at arrival without even asking. The front desk staff, Ricardo, Ana and Ines were extremely polite and helpful. The staff arranged a boat tour of the coastline immediately upon our arrival so we could take advantage of the weather. The only suggestions we have would be to improve the Azur Bar service and food and on notifying the staff they immediately addressed it. Breakfast options were excellent and views...

"Hotel is nice, room and bathroom are nice. Breakfast is great in the AM,s and staff r friendly. It’s a little out of main town center but a great hotel to stay in. "

"Resort is catered to families but not well executed. Food was quite overpriced compared to restaurants in town. Kid club area and toys are quite dirty and run down. Childrens waterpark was great. Pools nice. They had bouncey castles and remote control cars for kids that was quite fun. Overall nice variety of activities in the resort.
