"I was given details of a specific flat with entry to obtain the keys, panicked when keys weren’t there , quickly told how to obtain spares, when I opened the door there was already someone there. Told they had changed and got the new keys etc. what they don’t tell you is that there a sound alarm so when the arc went loud it tripped this and we got a call. "We stayed here for my wife’s 55th birthday. My wife has mobility issues and the staff were very accommodating to her needs. As usual staff are very attentive, polite and friendly. Only issue is they have changed the evening menu and was not to our taste so dined out in the evening. Bar menu and breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Fantastic stay once again 😊"
