"Nice hotel with friendly professionals. Fransico was there when I checked in. Very knowledgeable of area and very kind. I was in the area to visit family and i didnt know Ray Charles was from Albany. There is a beautiful park directly across the street with his statue. You can hear his music playing softly but clear. As I got closer i notice like a riverwalk and walking trail. Very clean and peaceful. I truly enjoyed my stay. "

"The only issues I had was with the ironing board...it was old and broken but I made it work. Also the tub faucet seemed off track which made the water pressure light when showering."
