I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where the staff was as friendly than at the Microtel. James was especially kind and always asked if our family needed anything. We will definitely return to the Microtel in Columbus.

Excellent customer service—James was there for our check-in and morning after. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional at every interaction. The hotel itself is older, but every area and our room was extremely clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The staff was amazing so nice and accommodating!!!!! Unfortunately we had a bug incident in our room but overall we enjoyed our stay very much... the location was very convenient for were we needed to go!!!! We visited some of the local restaurants and the community was very friendly.

The breakfast wasn't all that great. Toast, bagels, pre-packaged muffins, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oranges, and pre-packaged oatmeal or grits. The coffee and juice were watered down. Otherwise, it was nice and I would stay there again.
