"The staff was very rude from the front desk girl that checked us all in to the bar staff who were very rude to us when we came back from the game as we were promised food til midnight by the woman who booked off our group of rooms at 1030 we were told no to food. Ended up doordashing some crappy pizza. "We were impressed, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, very clean and relatively quiet. I love the suites! I love all the bathroom products too! Unfortunately, our bed was so uncomfortable, neither of us could sleep! We have another stay booked for 2 nights and hope we have a better bed! The hotel is showing some general wear but hopeful you have plans for some general upkeep. "

"First time here and will also be traveling back here in July. I was extremely happy with the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the size of our room, (king size). Staff was very pleasant at check in and check out. Entire hotel smelled clean. Front foyer had coffee, tea, hot chocolate, iced coffee and even flavored water. Nice touch. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices and the staff at breakfast was always making sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel"
