"Bed was not comfortable, even after putting a sheet of plywood underneath. Very old and very dirty hotel. Terrible communication amongst staff to guests. had no idea of where to go on the property and what it offered because when we checked in zero information was given to us. Had to always find out important things by asking, things that should haven been included in check in. When we did find a concierge, he was helpful but included a sales pitch for a timeshare on a totally different...

"Rooms were small, but very efficient use of space. Had everything except an in room safe. Price point was great. Free breakfast was good, but they kept running out of coffee and it took a while to replenish. "

"The staff was amazing... very accommodating and friendly. The only issue o have is that i paid for my room when booked and when i got home i noted another charge for 250.00. I haven't had time to çall about that, but it is upsetting because it is my bank account card. "
