"Bed was not comfortable, even after putting a sheet of plywood underneath. Very old and very dirty hotel. Terrible communication amongst staff to guests. had no idea of where to go on the property and what it offered because when we checked in zero information was given to us. Had to always find out important things by asking, things that should haven been included in check in. When we did find a concierge, he was helpful but included a sales pitch for a timeshare on a totally different...
