"We had reservation at this hotel in oct for 5 days, 1st time in dubai. We got to the hotel at 2.30 am in the night. Staff member at reception said they don't have any reservation for us from Expedia. Still gave us the room saying matter will be resolved in the morning after the staff who deals with expedia reservation arrive. 7 am in the morning when we were still sleeping they called us in the room and insisted we go to the reception to resolve the matter as it was urgent. Atlantis goes extra mile with details

"Amazing in every sense. Atlantis really goes into very details to make its guests happy. We enjoyed every second there. Although we planned to go out every night, Hotel has so many attractions inside complex that attracted us, so we didn’t move out 😂 special thanks to Nazir, who took care of our room and surprises us every time with small gadgets/presents. Really appreciate. "
