"The hotel was very easy to navigate, they gave me locks to put on my bags so they couldn’t be stolen as well as a decent size locker for my backpack. Food was included and was pretty decent. The shower area was clean although washing myself on a stool was a new experience. I have tattoos (2 small, 1 mid-size) and didn’t have any problem."

"This was our first hotel in Japan. We we were welcomed with the utmost respect and kindness. Tanikawa San was super nice and always helpful. He answered all of our questions always with a smile on his face, and if he did not know how to say it in English, he would use his phone interpreter, which made our communication easy. I cannot stress enough how great the service was for us. I wish we had stayed there longer. The location was great too. Very close to Akihabara and to the train. Lots of eating and convenience stores nearby. The rooms are small which is normal for many Japanese hotels, but it does not matter because the service is amazing. Would definitely stay there again."
