"Our stay at Al Fassia was wonderful. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Zenib at the front desk really took care of us. Youssef was also very kind to us. I definitely recommend this hotel to others and will come back for sure. "

"Pros: Excellent pool area and sun loungers, feels like a private retreat as it’s usually quite quiet! The grounds are beautiful! Full of birds singing and the traditional riads were pleasing on the eye. The waiting staff are fantastic and made us feel very welcomed (Mohammed and Abdul Latif!). "Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."
