"The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! "We booked two rooms and arrived at 2:50 pm, they only had one room available. Also the pictures are of two hotel that are attached by a pool area. Not sure why they also use the other hotel photos on the listing. The rooms need improvements, they are run down. Also very noisy all day and night."

"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. "**Terrible Stay - AVOID This Hotel** The location is a bit out of the city center, which we were aware of before booking. Parking in front of the hotel is convenient, but that's about the only good thing I can say. The cleanliness was appalling - stained bed linens and only a rag in the bathroom to dry our feet.
